The book is very helpful to me in my job. It serves as a very helpful reference material, just short of a handbook. It provides clear and concise explanations on topics you need to know. Even layman, with a minimal technical background, can easily understand the terms and concepts.

The book I thought I was ordering was the Introduction to Environmental Engineering, what I actually got was the INTERNATIONAL edition of this book! Basically the same, but there are no BG units (English unit system, feet, lb, etc) in any problems, examples or tables/graphs.

Luckily, my teacher is giving us copies of the assigned problems and for all other purposes (like studying and understanding concepts, as well as SI unit examples) this book is fine, but just know what your getting. I was wondering why it was so much cheaper than everywhere else I looked! I paid about 75$ and saw the real deal everywhere else, including on Amazon, for about 150$. Franckly, it was worth the savings.
